Tokyo Lands in Edinburgh
Edinburgh diners who know their sashimi from their yakisoba celebrated the opening of a brand new sushi restaurant on the fourth floor of fashion store, Harvey Nichols in February 2010. The iconic Japanese restaurant YO! Sushi now serves a choice of over 90 freshly prepared Japanese inspired dishes, presenting a selection of cuisine that appeals to everyone from sushi beginners to sushi lovers.
Stripe co-ordinated the launch; managing consumer and business media relations to generate restuarant reviews and management business profiles, hosting the pre-launch event bringing together Edinburgh foodies and influencers and setting up guerilla promotional activty featuring harajuku girls.
