Richard Marsham

Chairman

With 17 years experience in marketing relations, Richard Marsham is Stripe’s Chairman.  As Managing Partner of sister company, The Leith Agency, Richard has been on the Stripe Board for nearly three years. In his role of Chairman, Richard is responsible for working with the Management team to grow and diversify the Stripe business.

Richard started his career in The Leith Agency in 1992 and after five years, moved client-side to Scottish and Newcastle.  He returned to The Leith Agency in 2002 as Head of Account Management.  His time there has seen him handle a vast range of public and private sector clients; working with Visit Scotland, Irn-Bru and Golden Wonder. Richard was promoted to Managing Partner at Leith in 2006, playing a major part in the Scottish Government Account, as well as managing the day-to-day running of the agency.
