Ultimo boss gets Yomping
Ultimo entrepreneur and ambassador of Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust, Michelle Mone joined soldiers from the Royal Regiment of Scotland to show their support for Scotland’s new big annual walk – the Alliance Trust Cateran Yomp.
The event invites walkers of all abilities to Yomp across Perthshire in an epic 54-mile trek on 25th-26th June. Money from the event will go to ABF The Soldiers Charity (formerly the Army Benevolent Fund), which raises money for serving and former soldiers and their families and the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust which awards loans and grants to small businesses across Scotland.
Michelle Mone OBE, PSYBT Ambassador said: “The Alliance Trust Cateran Yomp is a fantastic event, giving everyone the opportunity to undertake such an adventurous challenge, and raise money for two very different, and very worthwhile charities.”
David Fox-Pitt, Director of Wildfox Events said: “We’re thrilled to have Michelle on board to back the Yomp. As an ambassador for PSYBT, she has shown how taking part in the event can benefit a huge number of people across Scotland – and we hope even more people will sign up and get yomping!”
