New Dundee vision launches
Stripe has today launched an innovative new city destination campaign for Dundee, which features the backing of a host of high profile ambassadors and a call to the local community to share their personal stories.
Dundee City Council appointed Stripe in December 2008 on a retained basis to deliver media relations and community and stakeholder engagement activity for the new long term city vision, which aims to attract more people to visit, study, live and invest in Scotland's fourth largest city.
Securing the support of a number of high profile Dundee Ambassadors, such as actor Brian Cox, TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, and world-renowned scientist Sir Philip Cohen, Stripe also revealed the first in a series of their personal stories and discoveries about Dundee on the new look www.dundee.com.
As part of the new campaign, Stripe also launched Dundee & Me - a public engagement initiative, which encourages members of the local community to share their stories about the city.
